This app is intended to capture feedback from Dell customers. The sales reppresenatative will login to the app and will ask customers to provide their feedback. The feedback submitted by the customer will be captured at a central system. The system will generate MIS reports to track and achieve better customer satisfaction. The app is restricted for the sales represenative and will require specific login for the users. The login for the same will be provided by Dell team.
