Waves of Hope

Waves of Hope, einem Begleiter zu Lincus (lincus.eu) aufzeichnen Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden

This is the first beta release of the Liverpool Waves of Hope app, designed to assess the health and wellbeing of people with multiple and complex needs at risk of homelessness in the Liverpool City Region.

The Waves of Hope project consortium is led by Plus Dane group, and is funded by the Big Lottery Fund.

This app is based on the Lincus platform from Rescon Technologies (https://lincus.eu). It includes a number of surveys to assess health and wellbeing, the ability to log events and view results. It synchs data with the Lincus server in real time.

Any feedback on the app functionality, and bug reports, are very welcome.
