Q3. Purchase Issues. I did not receive what I purchased

To ensure your game is functioning properly, please completely close and reopen your game. If you don't have your purchase, please try turning your device off and then on again.

If your purchase still isn't there, please contact our Support Team and include a receipt of your purchase (acceptable receipts can be a forward of your payment confirmation or a screenshot of your receipt). If you don't include a receipt of your purchase, it will take longer for you to receive compensation for your missing items.
