Juan Luis Londo–o Arias, better known as Maluma was born on January 28, 1994. He is a Colombian singer-songwriter and a producer.He began his music career in 2010. On July 6, 2011, he released the music video ÒFaranduleraÓ. After it became a local radio hit, Sony Music Colombia signed him to record his debut studio album titled Magia) which was released on August 7, 2012. After the released of his debut album, he then launched his new single, titled ÒLocoÓ. Other singles from the album, ÒMiss IndependentÓ and ÒPasarla BienÓ charted on ColombiaÕs chart National-Report.

Through the years of his music career, he was nominated and won awards.

In 2014, he released music videos for, ÒLa CuriosidadÓ, ÒAddictedÓ and ÒCarnavalÓ. He also collaborated with Elvis Crespo, the title of their track is ÒOlŽ BrazilÓ and was recorded for the World Cup tournament.

In early 2015, Maluma released the album Pretty Boy, Dirty Boy.

On October 2016, Maluma was featured on ShakiraÕs lead single for her thirteen album titled ÒChantajeÓ.
