Lighten Up is a free weight tracker application which uses Body Mass Index (BMI) to place you in a weight category based on your height and weight. You then get recommendations on what to eat & what exercises to do in order to gain and maintain a healthy weight.

You get a personalized dashboard that shows your current status and gives you recommendations based on it. For overweight persons it will give advice on weight loss through healthy diets and exercises, it will help you gain weight if underweight and it will teach you how to maintain a healthy weight overall.

You also get charts that display your progress since the day you started tracking. The weight graph will tell you just how far you've come and where you currently sit. Plus you get a detailed history of all your measurements.

Lighten Up supports multiple units of measure, both for weight and height.

You can measure your weight in:

• kilograms (kg)

• pounds (lbs)

• stones and pounds (st + lbs)

And you can measure your height in:

• centimeters (cm)

• feet and inches (ft + in)
