HEARTGARD Reminder App users will need to create their free user account on first startup. Push notification messages require a data connection or network coverage to be received by the user.

Android Checklist:

• Make sure you have an Internet connection available on your device (3G, 4G, EDGE, GPRS or non-restricted WiFi). Disable WiFi if you're not sure if it's restricted (such as corporate or university hotspots).

• Check that "Local Notifications" are enabled in the app settings tab.


• Make sure you have Notifications enabled on your device: Messaging > Menu Button > Settings > Notifications.
