Official Mobile app of gubernatorial aspirant : GODWIN JEDDY AGBA.

This app, amongst other things, is for direct user engagement between Prince Godwin Jeddy Agba and his teeming supporters. It features one of the best technologies in the world for mobile applications called - selective and smart push. This allows for several groups to be created within the app to which supporters could join, post comments, like and be liked ; when it's time to send push notifications, you can choose exactly which of the groups you want it sent to. Every time an interaction happens within any group, smart push alerts members of that group with a push notification. Talk about engagement.

Jeddy as he's fondly called by friends has declared his intention to run in next year's election, under the ruling party (People Democratic Party) in his state (Cross River State) for the highest political position of the land - The Governor.

With information about him scattered about in websites, webpages, newspapers and pages of the social media, this mobile app -GJA- was built to harness relevant information in one powerful piece and place so that he might become truly accessible to his people, the people he shall serve.

A BRIEF HISTORY ABOUT THE PRINCE.

Born on the 20th of August, 1958 in Obudu, Cross River State. Mr Godwin Jedy-Agba obtained his first Degree in international Studies from Ahmadu Bello University, Samaru, Zaria in 1983.

He holds a Master Degree in international Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos, Akoka in 1989.

He commenced a career in the public Service at the Ministry of Federal Capital Territory (MFCT) in 1984 as an Adminstrative officer.

In the course of his career, he served variously as Personal Assistant to Ministers of the Federal Capital Territory, Foreign Affairs and Petroleum Resources respectively.

He thereafter joined the services of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in 1993 as Head, Market Research in the Crude Oil Marketing Division (COMD). He rose to the rank of General Manager, (Commercial) of the Corporation from July, 2009 to March 2010.

In April 2010, he was appointed Group General Manager, COMD a position which he holds to date.

Mr. Godwin Jedy-Agba is an administrator per excellence who has always carried out his duties and assignments with diligence, dedication, loyalty and a high sense of responsibility. He is into Human/community Development activities as well as farming. He indulges during his leisure time in long distance walks as well as listening to classical and jazz music.
