With Flight Key, once a flight is scheduled, you can initiate a new flight by entering all of the flight details and invite as many participants as you want to follow along on the flight. This could include the Operator’s dispatch team, crews, passengers, brokers and any colleagues that you wish to participate on your flight.

You will then assign certain roles and tasks to the individual participants. This essentially eliminates your paper trip sheet, by replacing it with a live interactive solution for tracking all of the flight details in real time from beginning to end on any device.

When any tasks or as we call “actions” are completed, then all participants will get a real time stamp notification of that updated status.
