Safety pressure limiter DB1000/2 from Firmware Version 2.11
Customers from ZILA are able to configure and administer their safety pressure limiter DB1000/2 with the DB1000 App very simple and extremely comfortable with their smartphone and tablet device. In addition, the app is suitable as an interface for device support. The app supports English and German user interface.
Functions of DB1000 App for ZILA safety pressure limiter DB1000/2
One of the features of the app includes the reading of the most important device information such as serial number and firmware version, as well as the following configuration options: adjustment of the switching threshold and switching delay, a functional test for the pressure limiters and the reading and resetting of the pressure maxima. The app also features the possibility to contact the technical support and supporting documentation.
Pressure maxima: Allows the user to read the maximum pressure measured by the pressure limiter and the safety pressure limiter with date and time. Deleting the measured pressure maxima is possible in case of new detection cycle.
Function Test: The App Function "functional test" tests the functionality of both the electronic pressure limiter and safety pressure limiter by triggering the switching function. After a reset, the function test can be repeated.
Switching threshold: Read and set the values for the switching thresholds of the pressure limiters within this function. The currently measured pressure appears in bar and percentage.
Switching delay: read and change the adjustable delay in seconds for the safety pressure limiter triggers.
Safety pressure limiter
Electronic safety pressure limiters are devices for the process technology, which switch off machines and systems, if the measured pressure is below or above a set pressure limit and then can only be reset manually by authorized persons. The safety pressure limiter DB1000/2 is the combination of a pressure limiter and a safety pressure limiter in a common aluminum housing (IP 65).
