For BOX memebers there is the possibility to submit presence to WOD and keeping track of records.
Non members can take a tour at the rest available menu and see who we are, how we work, how they can find us and how they can communicate with us.
At the Box together with trainers Konstantinos Karagiorgos, Panagiotis Garoufalis and Ntinos Kolonias you can do :
Artistic Gymnastics (to take part in this, at least one month on CrossFit is required)
Olympic weightlifting (to take part in this, at least one month on CrossFit is required)
Cardiorespiratory endurance by the CrossFit Endurance method.
Training for all physic levels(to take part in this you have to have finished intro levels and the trainer agrees to that).
take participation in the intro level where you can learn the best practices for the most common exercises (like squats, presses, deadlifts)
Open Gym hour where the trainees can train at whatever they want always respectiing the other athletes participating in a WOd and the BOX rules..
