It enables any student of the college to communicate and interact with administrative employees via the Internet with graphical user interfaces (GUI), Text -messaging, and in any way more sophisticated than a simple email letter to the address provided.
The sent message is stored on our server which is then forwarded to the concerned person. When a response has been received the person can check the response on his/her email.
The app also provides a feature of being anonymous. Half of the people fear that their image gets tarnished while approaching the concerned authorities and hence they avoid raising their voice. This reduces the communication gap between the students and the officials.
