NovaTech POS Manager

NovaTech POS Manager is the companion app for owners and managers of stores running NovaTech POS. See how every store is doing, act on what needs you, and stay informed wherever you are.

LIVE DASHBOARD

• Net sales, orders, average ticket, gross profit and margin, refunds and discounts

• Today, yesterday, this week, this month, the last 7 or 30 days, or any date range

• Every figure compared with the previous period, so you know at a glance if you're up or down

• Hour-by-hour (or day-by-day) sales chart against the previous period

• Store ranking, payment methods, top-selling products and open cash shifts

• All stores together, or one store at a time

REPORTS AND INSIGHTS

• Sales, refunds, cash, profit & loss, deliveries, salespeople, clients and stock reports

• Filter by period and store, sort any column

• Share any report as Excel, PDF or CSV

• Spot unusual cashier activity, products at risk of running out, shrinking margins and slow sellers

APPROVE FROM ANYWHERE

When a cashier needs a refund or a stock write-off approved, you get a notification. Check the amount, the items and the reason, then approve or reject in one tap — the till carries on by itself. No more sharing codes over the phone.

ALERTS THAT MATTER

Get notified about approval requests, refunds, deleted orders, cash differences when a shift closes, a store going offline, low or expired stock and unusual activity. Turn each alert on or off, and set your own thresholds for refunds and cash differences.

MANAGE ON THE GO

• Review every cash shift with its full closing report, and close a shift a cashier left open

• Start, re-apply or end discount campaigns

• Check that every store is online and syncing

SECURE AND PERSONAL

• Only accounts your administrator allows can sign in, and each person sees only their own stores

• Two-step verification supported

• Optional fingerprint or face unlock

• English and French, light and dark mode

NovaTech POS Manager requires a NovaTech POS account. Ask your administrator for your workspace key and sign-in details.
