This app is part of the MOBsurv solution suite and enables companies to turn a tablet or smartphone into a data collection tool to collect and analyze customer satisfaction feedback.

The app works in both on-line and off-line mode. In off-line (no internet connection) the results are stored safely on the device until uploaded to your MOBsurv account.

How to get started:

To use this app, you need to create an account on MOBsurv. Please follow the below steps.

STEP 1: Open an account on MOBsurv by downloading the MOBsurv Connector app from Play Store. Register your phone number and create your userID and password.

STEP 2: Create your surveys in MOBsurv Online Creator tool. Go to http://ims.mobsurv.com/creator. Log on with the userID and password you created during registration.

STEP 3: Create a userID in the MOBsurv Online Creator tool under the menu "Launch survey/smartphone-Tablet"

STEP 4: Download the MOBsurv Kiosk app. Log on with the userID and password created in the MOBsurv Online Creator tool

STEP 5: Place your Tablet in your store to enable your customers to give you valuable feedback or use it for onsite data collection.

STEP 6: Analyze the results in real time in MOBsurv Online Creator tool
