Process of using Lao Keyboard
1. Go to Setting -> My Devices -> Language and Input
2. Choose Lao Keyboard
3. Change Default to Lao Keyboard

Lao keyboard is a keyboard for Android, is a keyboard that allows user to type Lao on any apps of Samsung mobile and tablet.
