IntelliTrans ePoD

EPOD可以集成到现有的调度系统GVP平台的全部或部分

The ePoD service can either be integrated to an existing dispatch system or delivered as a part of the GVP track and trace platform

When used with the IntelliTrans track and trace platform all delivery information is collected in one repository and additional functionality can be provided such as:

E-mail alerts and notifications

Analytics and KPI reporting

Dispatch system sends delivery inform to ePoD application

Delivery is mapped to driver (carrier code, license plate, origin destination)

ePoD web service publishes delivery to matched user

Once logged in to ePoD app the driver is presented with a list of deliveries

The columns can be configured to show information relevant to the use as part of set-up

By selecting a delivery in the summary screen the delivery information is displayed

On delivery the driver select reports the delivery via the complete button, the app will propose the current date and time and the driver completes the delivery by entering receivers name.

When the delivery is reported in the app the central web service will send a status message back to the source system reporting the completion of the delivery
