Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy (ICAAC). ICCAC is the world's premier meeting on infectious disesases and antimicrobial agents. Each fall more than 10,000 international scientists come together to exchange information and foster global solutions to scientific challenges such as HIV/AIDS, anthrax, smallpox, SARS, bioterrorism preparedess, recognition, detections, and medical treatments. Through a variety of educational formats, ICAAC provides timely information to improve healthcare and the management of infectious diseases.

American Society for Microbiology (ASM). The American Society for Microbiology is the oldest and largest single life science membership organization in the world. The Society's mission is to advance microbiological sciences through the pursuit of scientific knowledge and dissemination of the results of fundamental and applied research. With its member-supported program committees, ASM develops and executes five large annual meetings, niche conferences, educational initiatives, and online professional development activities.
