The CodeBox Electronic Lockbox was developed at the request of realtor organizations that wanted a lockbox system without spending too much money on a restrictive long-term contract for a system that had outdated technology, while providing more security to their sellers and agents than an old-fashioned combination lockbox. We designed CodeBox to work smoothly for individual agents and companies, instead of just for an entire MLS. CodeBox agreements are so flexible that MLS can even roll out the system in stages instead of taking a huge hit to the bottom line all at once. In addition, it can be rolled out as your organization is finishing out an existing lockbox contract, allowing for a seamless transition.

How It Works:

CodeBox is the Secure, Dependable and Affordable solution for your listing. After registering your CodeBox and placing it on a listing, enter the serial number into the CodeBox website, or provide it to your showing service. When the buying agent contacts you or your showing service a unique four-digit code, valid only for the day of appointment is provided. When the buying agent enters the code, a timer starts and the code is only valid for two hours. This imitation of access is a security feature for your client, giving them peace of mind that their home is protected.
