CitizenEye Admin is the app for the officials to manage the complaints assigned to them by the administrator. Logging in to this app, the officer gets assigned cases which he chooses to accept or re-direct back to the administrator (in case the complaint does not pertain to his department). If the officer choses to accept the complaint, he/she gets the option of updating the work accomplished on the complaint. First of all, the officer logs in to the app by entering credentials provided to him by the admin. After that he gets two options for handling the complaints assigned to him. One of the options is “in process” and the other one is “completed” which is for the complete cases. Officer clicks on any of the cases, and gets the information regarding the particular case. He will get the following fields pertaining to the case such as complaint number, complainant contact number, complaint location, attached image and audio file. Work progress can be updated by clicking on the post new remark button. Finally, he/she can complete the case by using two options, camera and gallery and this case will be completed as admin approves it. This way work can be distributed efficiently in the administrative staff. The completed cases are shown under “completed” tab on the home screen.
