The application can be download and installed easily. With installation complete, the next
procedure is registration which is a simple step
that involves input of simple information like name, address, email address & cell number
etc. When this process is complete, an email gets
sent to the email address provided containing the verification code. The same code is also
sent as a sms to the mobile number provided. When
registration is complete, the app provides two options for supplying photographs of the
complaint site. One is for taking a pic from the
camera and the other is for taking a picture from the gallery. The application allows for
maximum 3 photographs to be taken. After the
photographs have been taken, the user can choose from a wide range of complaint types like
water logging, Open Manhole, Garbage Dump, illegal
parking, red light jump damaged road etc. The user can then select the type of complaint and
submit the same to the server. A complaint
number is sent via sms and email to the user, confirming the complaint being registered.
Users can check the status of their old complaints
by clicking in a box on the check status page where a drop down menu shows all the complaint
numbers generated by the particular user.
