You will begin your CAREER MOT by creating an idealistic ‘career look’ with our avatar design system – this will be sent to you for FREE use on social media and online platforms in an email post-MOT.

Then, using a series of psychometric profiling questions, based on the methodologies of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, our diagnostic report is set to create very detailed, personalised reports, which are produced at the end of the CAREER MOT in the form of a certificate.

Once you have downloaded the application, you can share with colleagues, family and friends – and also return to it a later date, when you next feel you need to run a full analysis on your career situation.
