The rotating Finder Arrow shows you the direction to your car and also the distance. And it blinks when you are close. You can tell when you lose GPS signal -- the Finder Arrow turns gray, and the PARK-FIND buttons also turn gray.
The app has lots of ways to record your location besides GPS. You can shoot photos and videos of your parking area, record text and voice memos with addresses or directions, and email your data to yourself or to a friend. You can export a KML file or a full session folder.
It also has a parking meter timer. The timer has a regular wake-up alarm and also a special "warning" alarm before the end. You can save each parking session data and restore it later, which makes it easy to get back to the same place.

----- FOR BEST RESULTS -----
1. For accuracy: "Center" the phone before you use the Finder Arrow. Smoothly rotate the phone up-down, left-right, all the way around a couple of times. (Note: the old "figure-8" doesn't work.)
2. If you can't get GPS in a parking structure, take photos and videos of your parking area. Then place a marker as soon as you get outside.
3. GPS cannot resolve short distances. The Finder Arrow points to your car as long as you are at least a few steps from it. If you are too close, it complains.
4. GPS takes time to lock-in. Maybe a minute. Give it time.
5. GPS takes a lot of power. This app saves power by running GPS only when you are using the Map or the Arrow pages.
