When William Cameron founded CAI in 1986 he started with the basic principle of wanting to help people. Specifically, he wanted to assist troubled employees and their dependents with resolving personal problems in order to improve job performance and to promote a safe working environment for all employees. Mr. Cameron's belief is that a happy employee is a productive employee. At CAI, we believe that providing a superior and cost effective employee assistance program to our client companies allows for healthier, happier and more productive employees.
Cameron and Associates is a vehicle to help troubled employees in the workplace whether it's work related or a personal matter. Our licensed professional counselors work one on one with our members to come up with a course of action that will best suit each individual.
