Bradford Factor App calculates your score, occurrences and days, track rules

This app will calculate your Bradford Factor and also save your numbers when its closed. The numbers are saved so you can just add or delete them without having to remember what the amount of days and occurences are.

The Bradford factor is calculated using the Bradford Formula S2 x D = B

S is the total number of separate absences by an individual

D is the total number of days of absence of that individual

B is the Bradford Factor score

The Bradford Factor allows managers to monitor absenteeism during any set period. Many companies identify a running year as an acceptible period.

Bradford Factor Organiser has now been merged to the calculator.

You can set the dates you have been absent and retrieve your days and occurrences and score all in one. A future update will store these dates and alert you when your score decreases. :).

You can also add notes to the last tab about the Bradford Factor Rules your company has so you can keep track of those.
