Smart Thailand 2020 จะนำคุณมาร่วมเตรียมความพร้อมที่จะขับเคลื่อนประเทศไทยสู่การเป็นเมืองหลวงแห่งภูมิภาคอาเซียน (Asean Gateway City) โดยวันนี้กระทรวงเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (MICT) พร้อมแล้วที่จะเป็นหน่วยงานหลัก ในการนำพาประเทศไทยสู่การพัฒนาอย่างก้าวกระโดดด้วยการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารมาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดในทุกมิติผ่านยุทธศาสตร์หลัก “Smart Thailand 2020” ซึ่งนำมาสู่การดำเนินงานให้เกิดผลขึ้นจริงภายใต้นโยบาย “ICT SHIFT the Future of Thailand” เพื่อยกระดับภาคส่วนต่างๆของประเทศไทยสู่อนาคต โดยมีเป้าหมายสูงสุดคือ การพัฒนาของประเทศอย่างยั่งยืนด้วย ICT (ICT for sustainable development of Nation)
