Your varicose veins or spider veins will be diagnosed through a physical examination and duplex ultrasound, a painless test that maps your unique anatomy and how blood flows through your veins and arteries.

Dr. Altuwaijri is one of the first physicians in the United States to earn the Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI) credential from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), the highest standard in vascular ultrasound interpretation.
