Already on your way to a healthier life? Health by Zeplia gives you the peace of mind helping to better track and visualize the metrics that matter: BMI (Body Mass Index), weight, pulse and blood pressure.

The application supports both metric and imperial units, so you can switch between kg or lbs and meters or feet. Your BMI will be displayed on the colored bar to better visualize if you are at a healthy weight, underweight, overweight or obese.

The weight and height values are saved, allowing access to measurements history in order to monitor your BMI and weight changes.

BMI is particularly inaccurate for pregnant women, people under 5 feet/1.52 meters tall and people who are very fit and athletic.

Health by Zeplia uses BMI ranges which are in compliance with public data provided by National Institutes of Health (NIH) and World Health Organisation (WHO).
