Emergency Call Observer

Emergency Call Observer an application which provides you the ability to notice and answer emergency incoming calls through observation of missed calls.

Within duration of five minutes at Silent Mode (Silent Not Vibrate) if four calls from a particular number arrives from whom initial three are missed then at fourth call the phone will automatically switch from Silent Mode to General Mode which is at user discretion to answer. After the call the phone will switch back to Silent Mode.

User has also the choice to declare a caller as vital so that application may observe only his/her miss calls rather than all.
