What is E-Clean®?

Our new service is an electronic means of recording the completed cleans, replacing any former paper based system and streamlining the way you report information.

Each cleaning operative can use a smartphone or tablet which captures a proof of signature, location and a date/time stamp for each and every job. This enables you to provide your clients with transparent, accurate, real time information giving them absolute confidence that each and every clean is carried out as agreed.

Our job scheduling, alerting and reporting tool means that you are able to react quickly to changing needs, schedule jobs to workers out in the field and immediately identify if jobs have not been completed on time.

Upon completion of a job a web-based report is available which can also be generated in an emailable or postable PDF format to suit your customers.

All data and information captured on each user’s device wirelessly synchronises back to the main server in a secure format, where it is stored.
