It is an application, that can open files with extension '.wb'.

A wb file can store texts and tables, say, your action-items (texts), and budgets (tables).

Create a wb file and add your texts and a tables.

The 'wb' extension is tied with this application which helps to open the 'wb' files by right-clicking it.
