Battle for Portland

Battle your way across Portland in this deck-building card game.

Spend the coins from your hand to add Portland characters to your deck, where the re-shuffle each turn may put them into your hand. Spend the hearts from your hand to dismiss undesirables from each neighborhood.

If you beat all the levels, you unlock the MAX, Portland's light-rail, in which you'll get a fully random mix of cards to play against.

If you've played deck-building games like Dominion or Ascension, this one should be fairly easy; if not, there is a "how to play" button that describes the simple mechanics of play.
