Q. How does it work?
A. Boulevard is one of the most comprehensible business management software for Mary Kay Consultants. Avenue allows you to synchronize your data to our cloud; then access it where ever you have an active data connection.
Q. Will it replace Boulevard?
A. No, Boulevard will continue to store and maintain all of your data. Avenue gives you access to all the most important information to interact with your customers, leads, and sales.
Q. How do I know if it's compatible with my device?
A. It's compatible with all Android devices; if you can't access or download the application through the store- contact our office so we can help you install it on your device.
Q. Is it hard to setup?
A. It is as easy as 1, 2, and 3. Once you've subscribed to the service, inside of Boulevard you put your Main Street Login. Then click the double-arrows inside of Boulevard. Once it's completed open Avenue and login. That's it!
Q. If I'm out with my customers and my assistant is at the office, how can we see what we've done?
A. Have your assistant click those dual arrows; the cloud will transfer her data to you and yours to her. So you are both up to date without any delay.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. The application and service is fifty-dollars for the first year. Each subsequent year is based on your account. If automatic renewal is active for Avenue it is $20 dollars a year. Without automatic renewal it is $30 dollars a year.
Q. Sometimes I receive a error or it takes a long time to load?
A. That is the due to your internet connection. Since your actively engaging with the cloud; your device and it's internet capabilities will play a vital role in your access.
Q. I'm having issues, I can't figure out some features I'd like to take advantage of.
A. Our office does not charge for technical-support; contact our office via phone, email, or live chat. We will gladly assist you for free.
Q. The application cost money each year, what benefits do I get by paying a yearly subscription fee?
A. Your service fee covers the cost for us to continue to enhance our cloud to better help your performance. Avenue doesn't contain a standard update schedule, the application is in constant evolution. Which lets us update the application with feature enhancements throughout the year. So you always have an application that stays up to date with the constant evolution in the mobile industry.
