• Our Staff and third party agents like Diebold Supervisors can register at this App.
• Once registered, using App users will share photos of ATM and related issues to Regional Office ECM preferably via popular communication tool WhatsApp.
• Steps to report any existing issue:
1. Launch App
2. Type issue details in App
3. Click on button 'Click here to start camera'
4. Take photo of ATM
5. Select WhatsApp application from the available list of applications which page will open automatically.
6. Share with concerned ECM Dept.
• App has been designed in a manner to capture:
1. ATM ID, Location & occurring issue
2. Date & Time of photo
3. Latitude & Longitude of user
4. Name, registered agency (in case of third party agent) are shared automatically as per the registration details whenever a photo is shared. It will be helpful in tracing the reporting.
5. All the data is stored automatically in Google Drive for bulk reporting and reconciliation purpose.
