With ASD Mobile, you can:
• Easily check your messages: read the text, listen to the recorded call and see the dispatch log.
• Have new message alerts pushed to your device via Google Cloud Messaging.
• Quickly provide feedback for each message to ASD.
• See Caller ID number and name for each call.
• Save or delete messages right from your phone. Save money by preventing ASD from reaching you for a message by handling it on your phone.
• Set or review your On-Call Status instructions.
• Enter, view and edit service information.
• Use your account's contacts as a handy phone book to dial your employees.
• Manage multiple accounts with ease! Quickly see the new message counts for each account at a glance.
• Login with your Mailbox, password, and a phone number ASD uses to contact you (like your Cell Phone Number or Home Phone Number)
Please note that this app will only work if you are a current ASD client. During login, you must enter your cell phone number that is uniquely associated with your contact on your ASD account. This is part of our enhanced security model.
