Functions:

•Real-Time Sleep State Monitoring

(1)In bed condition monitoring,identify with someone on bed or not,on bed or off bed,if on bed,the body is in quiet state or constantly in the state of movement;

(2)Sleeping breath rate monitoring,draw the user thoracic activity curve on bed,calculate real-time breath rate;

(3)Sleeping heart rate monitoring, draw the user heart beat curve on bed,calculate real-time heart rate;

•Daily Sleep Quality Analysis

(1)Obtain user everyday sleep quality data,determine on bed time and off bed time accordingly to the sleep model,slept time and awake time,deep sleep,light sleep and awake period,sleeping average heart rate,breath rate and how long did it take to go to sleep.Draw the overall sleep curve, the transition curve from off bed,awake,light sleep to deep sleep,the time ratio of deep sleep,light sleep,awake during your sleep;

(2)Daily sleep quality analysis,tells the user sleep quality is sleep well,sleep good,sleep normal,poor sleep based on a day’s sleep data;

(3)The change of the heart rate during user sleep,draw the curve of the heart rate change,tell user the highest heart rate value and lowest heart rate value and their happening time during user sleep time;

(4)The change of the breath rate during user sleep,draw the curve of the heart rate change,tell user the highest breath rate value and lowest breath rate value and their happening time during user sleep time;

(5)Tracking your body movement,draw the curve of the Toss&Movement etc. body activity frequency, intensity trend graph during user sleep time;

(6)Detailed sleep parameter description,show on bed time,deep sleep time,light sleep time,slept time,sleep efficiency, average heart rate and average breath rate and other data indicators;

(7)Daily sleep advice,advice on improving sleep based on user sleep status;

•Weekly Sleep Quality Analysis

(1)Displays the user is sleep well, good,normal, or poor statistics for every day of the week;

(2)Displays the user on bed time, deep sleep time curve, and gives the average on bed time and deep sleep time values for every day of the week;

(3)Displays the user average heart rate during user sleep,view heart rate change trends for every day of the week;

(4)Displays the user average breath rate during user sleep,view breath rate change trends for every day of the week;

•Monthly Sleep Quality Analysis

(1)Displays the user is sleep well, good,normal, or poor sleep statistics for every day of the month;

(5)Displays the user on bed time, deep sleep time curve, and gives the average on bed time and deep sleep time values for every day of the month;

(6)Displays the user average heart rate during user sleep,view heart rate change trends for every day of the month;

(7)Displays the user average breath rate during user sleep,view breath rate change trends for every day of the month;

•Sleep Plan

(1)Design the user's sleep schedule, whether to open the sleep plan button or not;

(2)Sleep helping music,choose,play and stop playing the music before user went to sleep;

(3)Alarm setting,set up a time to the alarm to wake user up;

(4)Wake up settings, wakeup settings for short sleep;

•Account setting

(1)User registration, login and retrieve password function;

(2)User name editing and modification;

(4)Firmware upgrade function to provide software upgrades to the sleep monitor device;
