We’ve all been there, we reach into our pocket to tip someone for great service, and find no cash. We would like to reward this person, but come up empty handed because there was no solution for those awkward situations other than carrying the right denomination of cash. However, cash is increasingly becoming a dinosaur currency; most people just don’t carry it. Credit/debit cards & mobile payments are evolving as preferred and safer mode of payments.

GratZeez aims to provide an easy and convenient solution to this recurring scenario in today’s increasingly cashless society. GratZeez is a mobile payment app that targets the gratuity market on a P2P (Person to Person) level. The solution that is unique to our experience is a wearable tech device that uses iBeacon technology to identify service providers in our system (patent pending) that a patron would like to give a tip to, making it a truly frictionless experience.

Our services will aid patrons in giving gratuity, removing cash from the equation, and utilizing the ease and convenience of a smartphone app, all the while maintaining privacy. The user simply downloads the free app right onto his or her smartphone/mobile device so that it’s always with them. No more uncomfortable moments while searching for a tip. It’s that easy.

For a service provider, whether a valet, concierge, bell hop, bartender, barista, spa employees or a housekeeper, GratZeez app aims to enhance opportunities to collect gratuities, and earn more money than otherwise possible.

GratZeez keeps a complete record of all of the transactions. Never again will a patron have to remember how much money in tips was given out, for business expense reports. Service providers could use the reports to show proof of income for loans, rental applications and income taxes.
