ClicknComplain

Is an easy citizen complaint system, which empowers citizen and strengthen grievance.

This initiative is supported by NDMC and undertaken by a consortium led by CodeIntegration Technology and Shushasen Rashtriya Trust. The project will focus on NDMC area, and will develop a “mobile platform” – a strategic mix of mobile application and sms services – to support NDMC’s civic issues grievance cell.

The solution will empower citizen in submitting their complaints to NDMC and will assist NDMC’s officials in responding to complainant grievances in quick turnaround time. Solution will integrate and streamline data with existing MIS for enhanced provider performance and better grievance outcomes.
