Easily get advice from a security company

The application "My Guard" was primarily designed to help people against whom the offense is committed or who have witnessed unlawful acts being committed. With this application you can easily get advice from a security company, make an order for security services or make a call for service support for personal property facilities and premises equipped with alarm system connected to supervision control center.

To use the service a user must have an Internet access and GPS function activated in his device. In idling mode they are inactive, do not affect data traffic or increase monthly service charges. SIM card must be activated and minimum service charge limit must be paid.

When the call button is pressed and the alarm event status is confirmed ( this is done to prevent accidental clicks and reduce false alarms ), the location of the user is automatically detected, and required user’s data is transmitted to company’s supervision control center for a successful identification. This option is only available for registered and authorized users. Registration and authorization are performed only at security company offices.

When alarm signal is successfully acknowledged, the call button changes its color from red to green and a text message "Your call is accepted" is displayed. The information on the status of an alarm event can not be disabled by the user and can only be switched off by designated staff after security check only. During the whole period of an alarm event all other smartphone functions are available for use.

The precise geo-location depends on the quality of satellite signal reception. Under certain conditions, the signal can not reach the receiver, or passes with distortion. The precise positioning is significantly distorted while staying in reinforced concrete buildings, basements or tunnels. In case of an alarm signal confirmation message absence for more than 20 seconds, you must use "Call to supervision control center" button for notification and confirmation over voice back-up channel.
