It’s a cloud-based credential management platform that lets you control and oversee each step of the credential process: automatically formatting credential and ticket requests from artists, crew, vendors, and exhibitors, to enabling approval/edits and tracking delivery.
It also has tools to help print photo passes onsite, and can integrate with RFID platforms to change access levels for any given attendee on the fly.

Before the event, create the organizations who will be attending and set points of contact for each in our easy-to-use interface.
Send dynamically personalized emails to each point of contact, with links to the credential request web form. They simply fill out the web form to request credentials: the form is formatted to pull all the required information that you need on your end, and populate the ACCESS: Mission Control database with that information.
Saving time not having to copy and paste their requests for credentials from their emails into your own form.
Additionally, mission control automatically compares the number of total credentials you have purchased to the number remaining, and shows the requests that are still pending vs. those that have been approved or denied.
In the days prior to the event, Mission Control: Festival Module aids in tracking the delivery of credentials to various camps.
Update the status of a credential package, from “ready” to “out for delivery.” Send the package out to the specific delivery location, along with a Mission Control: Festival Module mobile reader (contact ACCESS Event Solutions to learn more about delivery verification).
When the point of contact arrives, he or she fills out a form on the reader, specifying name and organization, and signs for the form. This gives an audit trail to the credentials and holds everyone accountable.
Additionally, if the credentials are integrated with RFID, you can update the status or permissions of any given credential, on the fly, in real time.
This means you can Turn Off a credential (or increase the permissions) at any point in time, and have the update be dispersed throughout the RFID readers on site (contact ACCESS Event Solutions to learn more about RFID integration).
Finally, ACCESS: Mission Control can associate a picture to any credential holder, and provides an easy way to print sticker-photos onsite (or print directly to pouch inserts) to create photo credentials when necessary (contact ACCESS Event Solutions to learn more about on-site credential photo printing and personalization).
