Conferences and Meetings
The application has the ability to schedule appointments among attendees, which may be conducted in any of the 8 meeting rooms available in the event. Arranged meetings will appear in the mobile calendar for future appointment reminders. You can also access information on the availability of each of the meeting rooms to make the request for the use of them.
With this application you can also have access to all related information about the wonderful art displays available for attendees. All of the exhibition points located on site could be viewed from the application, where you will be able to access to a more extensive description of each piece of art using a QR code. During the event you can appreciate the following works of art:
- Gold Museum Pieces
- Orchid Show
- Murals in eight themed rooms
- Among other exhibitions
Using this application, the attendees will identify the 20 points where all the activities will take place in the Santa Clara hotel. You will be able to move around the hotel and locate the point you are looking for through your phone. You can also get information about the activities and schedule available as you move throughout the meeting rooms and conferences.
