Use RMify to estimate how much you can lift for 1RM without endangering yourself as you might cross the fine line between pushing yourself and putting your health at risk.
To calculate your 1 rep max, simply enter how much weight you lifted and adjust the slider to the number of repetitions you performed with that weight. Based on your 1RM, you can also find out an estimate of how much you can lift for different numbers of repetitions (up to 10).
For your convenience, you can save your stats locally on your phone to view them later. Sorted by date, your records show your 1RM and the weight and number of repetitions you used to achieve that one-repetition maximum. RMify does not share or sell your information to anyone.
