1. Overview (Introduction)

Narja (for administrators) is an application for delivery/quick request only managers/dealers.

You can make a delivery/quick request through the application and, if necessary, force a specific delivery driver to assign a dispatch task through the forced dispatch and priority dispatch functions. Through the login account, you can access separately for administrator/dealer only.

* Delivery/quick request

You can ask the delivery driver to act as a delivery agent for the delivery request received from the customer. You can set the starting point/destination/cooking time/price, etc., and request forced dispatch/priority dispatch to a specific driver.

* Delivery management

It is divided into delivery details (all/waiting/received/dispatched/completed/cancelled) and managed, and completion/cancellation can be processed by checking the information of the delivery details.

* Driver control using GPS

You can use the GPS function to find out the location and information of nearby drivers and request delivery to them.

* Settlement details

You can check the fee settlement details on the day or during the set period.

* Other functions

- Inquiry: You can inquire about difficulties or questions during work through the inquiry menu.

- Suggestions: You can suggest difficulties during work through the Suggestions menu.

- Merchant registration (for administrators only): You can register a direct affiliated store.

- Text: Send text message for notification

Optional access right

- Accessibility permission: To easily enter information into the app by linking the information necessary for product delivery in the ordering app (Baedal Minjok, etc.)

Selective access rights require permission when using the corresponding function, and even when not permitted, services other than the corresponding function can be used.
