概要
手形の印紙税を少しでも少なくするために手形をできる限り少ない枚数で効率よく分割するアプリです。
分割結果、10万未満の端数が出た時に非課税の10万未満の手形を作成するかどうか指定できます。
作成しないに指定したときは、10万円+端数の手形に変更し、別の手形から10万円を引きます。

1億円を超え 2億円以下 4万円
2億円を超え 3億円以下 6万円
3億円を超え 5億円以下 10万円
5億円を超え 10億円以下 15万円
10億円を超えるもの 20万円
