■ Features

1. extension call

2. Prefix outgoing

You can automatically add a prefix to dials that match the conditions set by the user and make a call.

3. pick up

　You can take incoming calls to other extension phones.

4. call park

　In an environment that uses a software PBX, if you park (hold) a call in progress, you can park and answer the held call from an extension in the same group.

5. fixed speed dial

In an environment that uses software PBX, you can easily make calls using a common fixed abbreviated dialing.

6. group hold

　In an environment that uses software PBX, if you place a call in progress on a group hold, you can answer the held call from an extension in the same group.

■ Restrictions

・The handover operation during an extension call depends on the specifications of the terminal.

・If you receive or make a call on the mobile network during an extension call with Extension Plus, the extension call party may hear a busy tone after the mobile network call is disconnected when the extension call returns.

・When the extension plus is calling/receiving/talking to the mobile network, if the SIP fixed phone makes a call to the extension plus, the display of the SIP fixed phone will display "unable to connect".
